Kay Colbert welcomes your interest and contact. She also highly values your privacy.

The email is encrypted and HIPAA compliant, but please do not use email to send confidential information or to contact Kay Colbert regarding an emergency requiring immediate action. Please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room if you are having a medical or mental health emergency.

Because it is not secured communication, email is not an appropriate medium for individual questions regarding personal counseling. It is most appropriate for requesting general information and questions regarding services, resources, or scheduling appointments.

Kay Colbert cannot respond to inquiries from current or prospective clients regarding specific counseling issues. Confidentiality and privacy is essential to the counseling process and cannot be guaranteed with email.

Whens she responds to your email or voice mail, Kay will respond to the email address or phone number that you give. If you do not wish others who may have access to the email account you are using to also have access to this response, please consider another means of communication.
